Lily Oliver-Torres has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Lily is currently working at Upside as the VP of GTM Operations & Strategy, where they are responsible for connecting consumers with retailers through a digital marketplace. Prior to this, Lily worked at Bloom Equity Partners as a Value Creation Specialist, providing advisory support.

In their previous roles, Lily has held leadership positions at companies such as Shutterstock, where they served as the VP of Business Operations & Shared Services. Lily also worked at The Trade Desk as the Head of Global Commercial Operations, and at Roku Inc. as the Head of Revenue Operations & Client Services.

Lily's earlier experience includes positions at Yieldbot, Google, Vogue, and Management 360, where they gained valuable skills in sales operations, strategy, and talent management.

Throughout their career, Lily has demonstrated a proven track record of driving growth and managing large teams across functions, contributing to the success of the organizations they have worked with.

Lily Oliver-Torres has an MBA from Columbia Business School and a B.A. in History from Yale University. Lily also attended Trinity School in NYC. In addition, they have obtained certifications in Marketing Foundations, Agile Meets Design Thinking, High Performance Collaboration, Coaching Skills for Managers, Project Management Principles and Practices, and received a certificate of completion from ODC - Organizational Design Community.
