Brad Romney

Brad Romney has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Brad is the Founder and CEO of Verdi, a platform that helps organizations accelerate innovation and engage their teams in strategic initiatives. Brad also holds positions as an Investor and Board Observer at Campfire, an Investor at Moises, and an Investor and Advisor at Artifact. Prior to their current roles, Brad was the SVP of Strategy & Product Operations and the Head of Experience Strategy at Pluralsight. Brad also served as the Director of Product Marketing at Pluralsight. Before that, Brad held the position of Senior Director of Product Management at Instructure, Inc. Brad started their career as a Project Leader at The Boston Consulting Group and worked as a Summer Consultant at L.E.K. Consulting.

Brad Romney earned a Bachelor of Arts degree with an Honors Degree in Spanish from the University of Utah in 1999-2003. Brad then pursued further education and obtained a Juris Doctor (JD) degree in Law from the University of Chicago Law School in 2004-2008. Brad continued their education at The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, where they received a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree focusing on Entrepreneurship and Managerial Behavior and Decision-making from 2006-2008.
