Aishwarya R began their work experience in 2012 with an internship at Outlook Publishing (India) Pvt. Ltd. Aishwarya then interned at HPCL-Mittal Energy Limited in 2014, where they were responsible for employee engagement initiatives and conducted multiple events for the company. In 2015, they worked as an HR Consultant at Mirus Opportunities, focusing on leadership talent sourcing for Banking and Financial Services clients. From 2016 to 2017, Aishwarya worked as a Corporate Recruiter at Genpact, where they collaborated with hiring managers to develop position profiles and conducted recruitment drives. Aishwarya then pursued HR Certification courses at the University of California, Santa Cruz from 2018 to 2020, specializing in various HR topics. Currently, they are employed at Weave HQ as a Technical Recruiter, responsible for full-cycle recruiting and developing recruitment sourcing strategies.
