Ravina Gelda

Ravina Gelda's work experience began in 2016 as a Data Science Intern at Ola (ANI Technologies Pvt Ltd). In this role, they gained experience in data analysis and problem-solving.

From 2017 to 2019, Ravina worked as a Software Engineer at MediaTek. Their responsibilities included developing new features, analyzing and solving performance and functional issues, and fixing bugs in modem software. Additionally, they achieved significant savings in manpower and power consumption through script development and designing adaptive power limiting features.

In 2020, Ravina had an internship as a Software Developer at Movley, where they gained hands-on experience in software development.

In 2021, they worked as a Teaching Assistant at the University of California, Santa Cruz. Here, they mentored students in various courses, including Business Information Systems, programming abstractions in Python, and Machine learning.

Currently, Ravina is employed as a Senior Software Engineer at Weave HQ, where they utilize their skills and expertise in software development.

Ravina Gelda began their education in 2006 at Manikgarh Cement English School in Gadchandur, where they obtained their SSC degree. In 2007, they attended Sri Chaitanya in Miyapur, Hyderabad, and completed their Intermediate (HSSC) studies under the Andhra Pradesh board. In 2009, Ravina enrolled at Shri Guru Gobind Singhji Institute of Engineering and Technology in Vishnupuri, Nanded, and earned their Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering in 2013.

In 2014, Ravina pursued further education at the Indian Institute of Technology in Madras, specializing in Electrical Engineering. Ravina completed their M.S. (by Research) degree in this field in 2017. Ravina then acquired additional certification in January 2005, by obtaining a Maharashtra State Certificate in Information and Technology (MS-CIT).

Most recently, Ravina pursued a Master's degree in Computer Science at the University of California, Santa Cruz. Ravina began their studies in 2019 and successfully completed their degree in 2021.
