Francisco Galvão

Francisco Galvão started working at GetYourGuide in April 2021 as a Supplier Engagement specialist. In February 2023, they became a Senior Onboarding and Quality Specialist. Prior to that, from February 2020 to February 2021, they worked at Cognizant as a Customer Service Team Lead. Before that, they were the Customer Service Deputy Team Lead from August 2018 to February 2020, and a Service Desk Agent from August 2017 to August 2018. From January 2017 to July 2017, Francisco worked as a Training Coordinator at Sair da Casca. Francisco also had experience as a Journalist Collaborator at Infocul from July 2016 to January 2017, and as an Enterprise Promotion specialist at High Concept & Touch from January 2012 to September 2015.

Francisco Galvão completed their Bachelor's degree in Law from Faculdade de Direito da Universidade de Lisboa from 2011 to 2016. During their studies, they also earned a certification in Law of Refugees from the same institution in December 2015. In 2013, Francisco obtained a First Certificate in English from Cambridge Assessment English. Additionally, they pursued further studies in Law at Eötvös Loránd University from 2013 to 2014. In 2019, Francisco completed ITIL v3.0 Foundation Training from Cognizant.
