Henrik Fougt

Henrik Fougt is a seasoned professional with extensive experience across various industries, currently serving as a Specialkonsulent at GEUS in the MiMa knowledge center focused on minerals and materials since January 2024. Prior to this role, Henrik held a significant position as a Senior IT Specialist for Process & Data Governance at DSV from February 2022 to January 2024. Henrik also has a strong background in leadership and investment management, having served as CEO of the Danish Hub for Cybersecurity and as Head of Board Reporting and Investment Appraisal at Maersk Oil, where responsibilities included overseeing investment processes and enhancing governance. Henrik's earlier career featured roles in journalism and editorial positions, culminating in an editor-in-chief role at Aller Media A/S and Jern og Maskinindustrien. Educationally, Henrik holds a Ph.D. in Geology from the University of Copenhagen, alongside various certifications in project management and industry-specific training.
