Debora Chiappero Grandis has extensive work experience in human resources. Debora currently holds the position of Head of HR & Sustainability at GF Casting Solutions since March 2023. Previously, they worked at Soilmec as the Plant Human Resources Manager from May 2021 to March 2023. From 2009 to present, Debora worked at Avio Aero - a GE Aviation Business, where they held various roles including HR Plant Manager (Supply Chain) and HR Project Manager. Prior to that, they worked at ALPITOUR as an HR Generalist and at ILTE as an HR Generalist as well.
Debora Chiappero Grandis completed their law degree from the Università degli Studi di Parma in 2001. Debora then pursued a Master's degree in human resources at the HKE Management School from 2002 to 2003.
