Mike Watson

Mike Watson is currently the VP of Talent Acquisition at GF Management. Mike has over 10 years of experience in the staffing industry, having worked as a Staffing Consultant and Executive Recruiter.

Mike started their career in the staffing industry in 2005 as an Executive Recruiter with Corporate Staffing Services. In this role, they were responsible for recruiting top talent for their clients in a variety of industries. Mike quickly developed a reputation as a trusted advisor and expert in the field, and was promoted to Staffing Consultant with Contemporary Staffing Solutions in 2007.

As a Staffing Consultant, Mike was responsible for driving sales and placement solutions to clients in the Philadelphia area. Mike successfully recruited, interviewed, and retained talent for their clients, and was promoted to VP of Talent Acquisition at GF Management in 2010.

In their current role, Mike is responsible for leading the talent acquisition team and developing strategies to attract and retain top talent for GF Management. Mike is an expert in the field, and is passionate about helping their clients find the best possible candidates for their open positions.

Mike Watson has an Associate Degree in Business Management from Peirce College and a Diploma in General Studies from Cardinal Dougherty. Mike also has certifications from Corexcel in Behavioral Interviewing and AIR's in CIR Certified Internet Recruiter.
