Murray Dunn

Murray Dunn is an experienced legal and operational leader currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer for GFG Alliance's Scotland portfolio companies since January 2022, overseeing businesses in specialist manufacturing, renewable energy, and real estate. Prior to this, Murray Dunn held the position of Head of Legal for the same portfolio, focusing on corporate, debt, generalist matters, and sanctions. Experience includes serving as Senior Legal Counsel at Wyelands Capital Ltd with a focus on investment and M&A, and as a Corporate Associate at Latham & Watkins specializing in private M&A and private equity advice. Earlier career roles include Corporate Lawyer at CMS Cameron McKenna, with a multi-jurisdiction focus, and a Legal Secondee at Statoil ASA providing in-house legal advice on oil and gas contracts. Murray Dunn holds a Bachelor of Law (LLB) from The University of Edinburgh.
