Mieske Seegers-de Jong

Mieske Seegers-de Jong currently serves as Manager HR-afdeling at GGD Brabant-Zuidoost since January 2024. Previously, Mieske held various managerial and advisory roles in multiple municipalities including Teammanager bedrijfsvoering at Gemeente Venray, and Strategisch adviseur Arbeid Organisatie en Gezondheid at Gemeente Helmond. Mieske has extensive experience in organizational development, change management, and HR consulting, with a strong focus on talent management and performance coaching through ownership of Loopbaanadviesbureau Wisselwerk. Educational qualifications include a Masterclass in veranderkunde from TIAS School for Business and Society and a Master’s degree in HRD from NCOI Opleidingen, among others.
