Karin Zijlstra

Karin Zijlstra has extensive experience in the field of pedagogy and child welfare, currently serving as a Trainer Houding en Handelen bij op opvoedzorgen and Pedagoog at GGD Fryslân since March 2014. Previous roles include Jeugdbeschermer and Medewerker Advies en Meldpunt Kindermishandeling at Bureau Jeugdzorg, as well as positions in various child care and educational settings, including Gastouderbureau Bernespul and Jeugdhulp Friesland. Karin Zijlstra holds a Bachelor’s degree in Pedagogy from NHL Hogeschool and a secondary degree in social pedagogical work from Friese Poort Leeuwarden. Additionally, Karin Zijlstra completed training as a Mediacoach.
