Glenn Huigens

Glenn Huigens is a Technical Writer, Team Lead, and Technical Quality Editor at GGS Information Services since May 2018, with expertise in XML based writing programs including Adobe FrameMaker, Arbortext, and Titania Web Editor, alongside proficiency in Adobe and Microsoft Office suite software. Prior to this, Glenn worked as an Automotive Technician at Modern Infiniti for 15 years, developing skills in problem solving, electrical and mechanical diagnosis and repair, customer service, and adherence to shop safety protocols. Glenn is ASE Master certified and served as an Infiniti Master Technician from 2009 to 2018, participating in ongoing training at the Nissan/Infiniti Training Center in Atlanta, GA. Glenn holds an Associate's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Guilford Technical Community College, obtained between 2010 and 2015.
