Lance J.

Lance J. is an experienced research scientist with a strong background in microbiology and bioprocessing. Currently serving as an Associate Research Scientist at GH Labs since August 2021, Lance focuses on designing bioprocessing experiments using food-based waste streams for bio-stimulant fertilizers, while enhancing manufacturing efficiency and conducting in-house testing. Prior roles include Staff Research Associate at WISErg Corporation, where responsibilities involved bioprocessing improvements and quality control investigations, and a Quality Control Microbiologist position that included product bioburden assessments. Additional experience encompasses various laboratory positions, including roles at Bayer Animal Health and Diagnostic Laboratory Services, contributing to isolation identification, RT-PCR testing, and forensic toxicology analysis.
