Damian Duffy

Manager, Drug Substance at GH Research

Damian Duffy has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Damian is currently working as the Manager, Drug Substance at GH Research, where they are responsible for leading the drug substance development, scale up, and commercialization of psychedelics for the treatment of depression. Prior to this, Damian worked at APC Ltd for nearly 10 years. In their role as Engineering Functional Lead, they managed a team of over 20 chemical engineers, setting objectives, managing performance, and providing feedback. Additionally, they have worked as a Pharmaceutical Researcher at Janssen, Pharmaceutical Companies of Johnson and Johnson, and Bristol-Myers Squibb.
