Bill Herrmann

Bill Herrmann started their work experience in 1987 as an Industrial Engineering Consultant at Tompkins Associates. Bill then worked as a Manufacturing Engineer at Unisys from 1988 to 1989. In 1989, they joined Cimcorp as an Engineering Project Coordinator, and later became a Director at The Engineering Services Group (ESG) in 1990. In 2001, Bill became a Senior Vice President at Ghafari Associates, where they currently still holds the position.

Bill Herrmann obtained a Master of Science (MS) degree in Manufacturing Systems Engineering from the University of Michigan-Dearborn from 1993 to 1996. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Industrial & Systems Engineering from the same university between 1982 and 1987. Bill completed their high school education at Riverview Community High School. In terms of additional certifications, they achieved a Lean for Healthcare Certificate from the University of Texas at Austin Engineering Executive Education in 2017, and they are also a 6 Sigma Black Belt from Caterpillar University.
