Ebow Nyamekye Allen-Koufie, SPHRi, is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as the Head of Human Resources & Admin at Ghana Interbank Payment and Settlement Systems Limited since July 2024. Ebow has a diverse background that includes roles such as Senior Manager in Human Capital Consulting at Deloitte, and Manager of People & Culture Governance & Operations at CalBank PLC, where responsibilities spanned talent management, employee engagement, and performance management. Prior roles at Republic Bank Ghana involved workforce planning and HR business partnership, while earlier experience at UT Bank Limited and ProCredit focused on talent and performance management as well as training and development. Ebow holds an Executive Master in Business Administration in Human Resources Management from the University of Ghana and a BA in Industrial Art from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology.
