Nick Disney

Nick Disney is an experienced talent development professional specializing in leadership development and organizational growth. Currently serving as a Talent Specialist in Leadership Development at GHD since August 2022, Nick has previously held the position of Leadership Development Consultant at Sonora Quest Laboratories from June 2019 to August 2022. Prior to that, Nick worked at The Ken Blanchard Companies in Market Development from September 2014 to June 2019, consulting with clients on learning strategies and fostering B2B relationships. Nick also contributed to academia as an Associate Faculty member at Ashford University and held various roles in Training & Development at Bridgepoint Education, focusing on faculty recruitment and student retention. Nick holds a Master of Science in Executive Leadership from the University of San Diego and a Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science from Brigham Young University–Hawaii.
