Rosine El Ghoule

Rosine El Ghoul is a Civil Infrastructure Engineer with extensive experience in wet infrastructure utilities, irrigation, and environmental engineering. ROSINE has worked in various roles including Managing Director, Senior Infrastructure Engineer, Senior Wet Infrastructure Engineer, and Irrigation/Hydraulics Engineer. Rosine has a Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Engineering from Holy Spirit University of Kaslik and a Masters in Irrigation Engineering from the Mediterranean Agronomic Institute of Bari in Italy. ROSINE's expertise includes project management, design, supervision, and coordination of engineering projects in Lebanon.
