Logistics manager Jeroen Vanden Berghe , together with the academic manager , forms a board of directors that, under the leadership of the rector and the vice- rector, is responsible for the day-to-day management of the university at the administrative, technical and financial level and coordinates the functioning of the administrative services.

The trustees attend the meetings of the Board of Directors and of the Executive Council in an advisory capacity.

The logistics manager is in particular responsible for the functional management of the following departments: Finance Department, Directorate of Information and Communication Technology, Buildings and Facilities Management Department, & Directorate of Student Facilities.
