Tania Flores

Tania Flores has extensive work experience in various roles related to human resources, recruiting, and office management. Tania started their career at Xiphos Systems Corporation in 2007 as an Administrative Assistant before moving up to roles such as Office Manager and finally Recruiting & HR Manager. In 2014, they joined GHGSAT as an Office Manager and later took on the roles of Recruiting & HR Manager and Director, People & Culture.

Tania Flores is currently a candidate for an Executive Master's in Business Administration at EMBA McGill HEC Montréal, with expected completion in 2024. Prior to that, they obtained a Diploma in Human Resources Management from McGill University, where they studied from 2018 to 2021.
