Amie West has extensive work experience in customer support and marketing roles. Amie is currently serving as the Director of Customer Support at GHOST since April 2022. Prior to this, they worked as the Customer Service Operations Manager at Pineapple Tank Company from January 2021 to September 2022, where they were responsible for writing and improving customer service processes, onboarding and training new support team members, and building tools to enhance support quality and speed.
Before that, Amie worked as the Regional Marketing Manager, Retail at Brookfield Properties from September 2018 to December 2020. In this role, they collaborated with luxury malls to execute successful marketing campaigns, created and managed social media content, measured marketing engagement reports, and worked cross-functionally to ensure websites were optimized for search engines and aligned with brand guidelines.
Amie also gained experience as a Social Media Marketing Specialist at Sears Holdings India from November 2016 to September 2018. Additionally, they worked as a Customer Service Lead at Snapsheet Inc for a brief period from May 2016 to November 2016.
Amie West attended the University of Illinois Chicago from 2016 to 2021, where they obtained a Doctor of Public Administration degree with a specialization in financial management. Prior to that, from 2013 to 2014, they completed a Master of Public Administration (MPA) degree in Public Administration at the same university. Amie also holds a bachelor's degree in Mass Communication/Media Studies from Capital University of Economics and Business, which they obtained from 2007 to 2011.
Additionally, Amie West has earned several certifications. In April 2021, they obtained the "Certificado Cloud Computing" certification from Google Actíva. Amie also completed the "Transformación digital para el empleo" certification in April 2021 and the "Comercio Electrónico" certification in February 2021, both from Google Actíva.
