Chelsey Puopolo

Chelsey Puopolo is a Principal at ghSMART. She serves corporate clients, private equity investors, and hedge fund managers on their most pressing leadership priorities, including executive talent assessment, leadership development and coaching, succession planning, and organizational effectiveness.

Prior to ghSMART, Chelsey was a Senior Manager at Bain & Company where she advised CEOs and senior executives on organizational design and operating model effectiveness, particularly during periods of meaningful change such as M&A and change of control. Chelsey served clients across multiple industries, with specific areas of focus in technology (product management) and consumer products. While at Bain, she worked across the London and New York offices with both corporate and private equity clients. In addition to her client engagements, Chelsey held leadership roles supporting internal talent priorities, most recently leading Wharton MBA recruiting efforts globally for Bain. Chelsey began her career at Goldman Sachs advising high net worth and institutional clients in the investment management division.

Chelsey holds an MBA from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a BA from Yale University.
