Jim Becker

Jim Becker is an experienced engineering professional with a diverse background spanning over three decades. Currently serving as the Process Engineer/Test Engineering Manager at GHSP since November 2009, Jim leads the Test Engineering Group, focusing on developing and maintaining automated test systems for high-volume PCB manufacturing in Grand Haven, Michigan. Prior to this role, Jim held positions at Invensys Controls, where responsibilities included managing the Test Engineering group and supporting automated test equipment for appliance controls, as well as working as a Manufacturing Engineer with expertise in selective coating equipment and wave soldering systems. Jim's earlier experience includes roles at Medallion Instruments, contributing to the development of automated manufacturing and test equipment, and at ITT Technical Institute, where Jim advanced from Instructor to Director of Education. Jim Becker holds degrees from Michigan Technological University and Lake Superior State University.
