Michelle Hanks

Michelle Hanks is a Continuous Improvement Manager at GHSP, where experience spans over two decades beginning in March 1999. In this role, Michelle leads the development of Global Lean Enterprise Standards, collaborating with various departments to foster a continuous improvement culture within the organization. Previous positions at GHSP include Continuous Improvement Manager, Launch Coordinator, Manufacturing Systems Coordinator, and Molding Associate, responsible for implementing lean training and supporting manufacturing systems. Additionally, Michelle is a Realtor with Coldwell Banker Woodland Schmidt since November 2017. Educational qualifications include an Associate degree in Business Management/Marketing from West Shore Community College, a Lean Systems certification from the University of Kentucky, a Lean Champion Certification from Grand Rapids Community College, and completion of educational requirements at Holloway's Real Estate Institute.
