Frank Vanden Elsen

Frank Vanden Elsen has extensive experience in engineering and operations management, currently serving as Manager of Operations Change & Implementation at Gibson Energy since August 2009, where responsibilities include managing capital projects and providing technical support to various business units. Prior to this role, Frank worked at Tervita Corporation as Manager of Engineering & Construction, overseeing project managers and a substantial capital budget. Frank's experience also includes positions at Murphy Oil, first as Director of Pipeline Engineering and Evaluation, focusing on financial analyses of mergers and acquisitions, and earlier as Area Coordinator, managing operations and a team. Frank holds a degree in Instrumentation Technology from S.T.I., earned between 1984 and 1985.
