Ray Korson

Ray Korson, CEBS, has extensive experience in employee benefits and client consulting, currently serving as Managing Advisor and Consulting Team Lead at Gibson since June 2014. Korson also holds the title of Employee Benefits Practice Leader, focusing on proactive risk management and value-based benefits strategies. Prior to Gibson, Korson was a Business Sales and Service Consultant at Frontier Communications from September 2011 to May 2013, where notable accomplishments included exceeding average monthly sales quotas by 125%. Academic credentials include a Master of Science in Business from the University of Notre Dame’s Mendoza College of Business and a Bachelor of Arts in English and Philosophy from the University of Notre Dame.
