Chin Kiong Goh has extensive work experience in various roles and organizations. Chin Kiong started their career in 2001 as a Lieutenant in the Singapore Armed Forces, serving until 2003. Chin Kiong then joined the Ministry of Trade and Industry (Singapore) - Administrative Service as a Senior Assistant Director from 2003 to 2005. Following that, they worked at the Ministry of Health as a Deputy Director from 2005 to 2008. Since 2008, they have been with GIC, where they have held several positions, including Co-Head of the Direct Investment Group, North Asia, Head of the Asia Strategic Investments Group, and Head of Risk and Strategic Planning. Currently, they are serving as the Deputy CIO (RE) at GIC.
Chin Kiong Goh earned a Master's Degree in Political Science - Organisation Theory from Stanford University in 2001. Prior to that, they obtained a BS in Mechanical Engineering and a BA in Political Science from the University of California, Berkeley, completing their undergraduate studies in 2000.
