Fulin Wong

Fulin Wong has extensive work experience in the field of HR technology, particularly in the areas of people analytics, HR information systems (HRIS), and project management. From September 2015 to April 2021, Fulin held the position of Vice President HRIS at GIC, where they were responsible for overseeing HR technology solutions. In April 2021, they transitioned to the role of HR Tech Lead, focusing on people analytics and solutions.

Prior to joining GIC, Fulin worked at Accenture for over nine years, starting as a Senior Consultant in September 2006 and eventually becoming an Associate Manager. At Accenture, they were involved in various roles and projects related to HR technology implementation, functional design, testing, payroll management, and stakeholder management. They also gained experience in leading and managing teams of consultants.

Fulin Wong obtained a Bachelor of Computing degree from the National University of Singapore from 2006 to 2008. Prior to that, Fulin Wong earned a Diploma in Computer Science from Ngee Ann Polytechnic, which was completed from 1998 to 2001. Additionally, Fulin Wong received a certification in HR Technology (Basic) from the Institute for Human Resource Professionals (IHRP) in 2022.
