Camila Rodriguez has a diverse work experience in various industries. Camila began their career as a Practicante de psicología educativa at Centro de Proyección Social de Piedecuesta, where they conducted educational workshops and provided individual counseling. Camila then worked as a Psicóloga clínica y de la salud at IPS H&S, where they focused on clinical psychology and health. Camila also gained experience in research as a Pasantía en Investigación Neuropsicología at Grupo Neurociencias y Comportamiento UIS-UPB, where they contributed to a research project on executive functions, anxiety, and depression in university students. Camila then served as a Graduate Assistant/Intern at Eficacia S.A., assisting with recruitment processes and database management.

In the customer service industry, Camila worked as an Inbound Customer Service Representative at Concentrix, where they handled customer inquiries and provided product information. Camila later joined Teleperformance as a Senior Selection Analyst, responsible for the recruitment and onboarding of employees.

Camila further expanded their recruiting expertise at ManpowerGroup as a Senior Sourcer IT Specialist II, managing the recruitment cycle and achieving staffing objectives for Synoptek. Currently, they work as a Talent Discovery Specialist at GIGA IT, focusing on workforce planning, job posting, and candidate sourcing.

Throughout their career, Camila has demonstrated skills in recruitment, talent acquisition, customer service, research, and database management.

Camila Rodriguez completed their Master's degree in Human Resources Management and Digital Transformation of The Organization at EUDE Business School in 2023. Prior to that, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Psychology at Universidad Pontificia Bolivariana from 2012 to 2018.
