Alex Bogdan Rozmarin

Alex Bogdan Rozmarin began their work experience in 2003 as a Business Development Manager, Development Consultant, and Trainer at the Time Management Institute. Alex Bogdan worked with enterprise-level customers, customized development programs, and delivered training on various topics.

In 2005, Alex became an Operations Manager at Cash Money, where they managed daily sales operations, supervised associates, and controlled revenue and loan pricing.

From 2006 to 2007, they served as an Assistant Manager at Citi, selling loans and insurance products and providing customer service.

In 2007, Alex worked as a Personal Banker at connectFirst Credit Union.

Starting in 2008, they joined ATB Financial as a Business Process Management Analyst, where they gained expertise in Six Sigma, led process improvement workshops, and utilized various tools for analysis.

From 2014 to 2016, Alex served as a Member of the Board of Directors, Treasurer, Member of the Finance Committee, and Karate Instructor at Karate Canada.

In 2016, Alex became a Software Quality Assurance Analyst at Absorb Software, performing manual and automated testing.

At QuirkLogic Inc. from 2019 to 2023, Alex held multiple roles, including Senior Software Quality Assurance Analyst, Software Quality Assurance Lead, and Software Quality Assurance Manager. Alex Bogdan managed quality assurance for cloud-based products and mobile apps, led a growing team, implemented QA standards, and focused on driving efficiencies in the software development life cycle.

From 2022 to 2023, Alex worked as the Software Quality Assurance Practice Lead at Konabos, setting up team synergies, building the QA Practice, and mentoring and training the team.

Currently, Alex is the Software Quality Assurance Lead at Gigadat Inc.

Alex Bogdan Rozmarin has a diverse education history in business analysis and administration. In 2012, they completed a one-year program in Business Analysis at Mount Royal University. In 2008, they obtained a certification in Financial Statements for Small Business from the Canadian Securities Institute. Additionally, they have a five-year Graduate Diploma in Business Administration from Academia de Studii Economice din Bucuresti. Alex has also earned several certifications, including Emotional Intelligence by Daniel Goleman and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification. Their certifications in Certified Professional Behavioral Analyst DISC and Certified Professional Values Analyst PIAV demonstrate their expertise in analyzing behavioral and personal values. Alex also holds a Shotokan Karate Black Belt and has experience as a Kata and Kumite Judge.
