Yoong Wearn Lim

Yoong Wearn Lim has extensive work experience in the field of bioinformatics and molecular biology. They started their career as a Genetics Intern and Research Assistant at UC Davis from 2007 to 2008. They continued working as a Research Assistant at JN Biosciences from 2008 to 2010. Yoong then pursued a higher degree and worked as a Graduate Student Researcher at UC Davis from 2010 to 2015.

After completing their graduate studies, Yoong joined Genentech as a Postdoctoral Research Fellow from 2015 to 2018. They then moved to GigaGen Inc in 2018, where they held various positions. Initially, they worked as a Senior Scientist, Bioinformatics from 2018 to 2019. Later, they became a Senior Scientist II, Bioinformatics from 2020 to 2021. Currently, Yoong serves as a Senior Scientist and Machine Learning Engineer at GigaGen Inc.
