Theodore Koep

Theodore Koep has had a long and varied career in the workforce. Theodore began their career in 1995 as a Recording and Duplication Technician for Convention Seminar Cassettes. In 1999, they moved to Metal Coaters of Georgia, where they served as an Assistant Crew Chief/Shipping and Receiving Lead. Theodore was responsible for loading and unloading material, inputting raw material into the computer system for processing, producing Bills of Lading and Packing Slips for finished materials shipping out, and keeping up to date inventory of all raw material and finished product in the plant. In 2004, they took a position as Shop Foreman for Best Lecterns, where they were responsible for all production of finished product, including building, staining, and packaging for shipping, as well as maintenance and upkeep of all tools and workspaces. Theodore also trained and supervised all production employees. In 2010, they moved to First American Resources, where they were a Slitter Operator. Theodore was responsible for setup, operation, and maintenance of machinery in the slitting department, including slitters, spoolers, stampers, and lancers. Theodore also processed raw materials for production and oversaw the packaging crew. Finally, in 2016, they became an Account Manager for GigaKOM.

Theodore Koep attended San Diego City College from 2014 to 2015, where they earned a Certificate of Achievement in Computer/Information Technology Administration and Management.
