Cristiano Reis

Cristiano Reis has over 17 years of experience in the IT industry, with expertise in networks, security, Linux, and data center operations. Cristiano has held various roles throughout their career, including Senior Sales Engineer at Gigamon, where they are currently employed. Prior to that, they worked at ISH Tecnologia as an Infrastructure Sales Engineer Manager and Sales Engineer Coordinator, where they led the team of solution architects and coordinated engineering development in the São Paulo and Paraná regions. Cristiano also worked as a Pre-sales Security Specialist, where they designed security solutions and provided technical support to sales executives. Before joining ISH Tecnologia, Cristiano was a Gerente de Consultoria and IT Leader Consultant at different companies, where they provided consulting services and implemented security systems. Cristiano also worked as a Security Consultant, specializing in information security, infrastructure implementation, and system administration. Cristiano started their career at OPIT Tecnologia as a Gerente de Projetos, where they implemented security controls and managed various IT systems. Cristiano also worked at BRconnection as a Supervisor de Projetos/Analista de segurança, where they implemented security controls, administered firewalls, and integrated anti-spam and antivirus solutions. Cristiano began their career at NP GROUP Tecnologia as an Administrador de Redes Senior, where they managed Cisco and Linux environments and implemented monitoring tools and redundancy configurations. Throughout their career, Cristiano has demonstrated strong technical skills and a focus on cybersecurity, helping partners and customers enhance their defense capabilities.

Cristiano Reis began their education journey at Colegio Albert Einstein from 1999 to 2001, where they pursued a degree in Técnico em Processamento de Dados (Technical Data Processing) with a focus on Information Technology. Following this, from 2002 to 2006, Cristiano attended Universidade Ibirapuera, where they earned a degree in Ciência da Computação (Computer Science) with a specialization in Information Technology.

In addition to their formal education, Cristiano has obtained several certifications throughout their career. In 2008, they received the Linux+ Powered by LPI Certification from The Linux Foundation, followed by the Certified Linux Administrator (LPIC-1) from the Linux Professional Institute in 2009. In 2010, Cristiano achieved the CCNA certification from Cisco and earned the Juniper Networks Certified Internet Associate (JNCIP-E). Additionally, they obtained the F5 BigIP certification in 2010 and became an Aruba Certified Mobility Associate V8 (ACCA) and completed the Juniper UAC in 2010. In 2011, they acquired the F5 Certified Technology Specialist in LTM (F5-CTS-LTM) and various Juniper certifications including Juniper EX, Juniper JNCIA, Juniper WX, and Juniper Networks Certified Internet Associate (JNCIP-E).

Continuing their professional development, in 2012, Cristiano obtained certifications in Enterasys Enterprise NAC, Enterasys Enterprise Routing, Enterasys Enterprise Switching, and Enterasys Enterprise Wireless. Moving forward to 2013, they received the Network+ certification from CompTIA. Most recently, in 2020, Cristiano obtained certifications such as Aruba Certified Design Professional V1 (ACDP) and Aruba Certified Design Expert V6.4 (ACDX), both from Aruba, a Hewlett Packard Enterprise company.
