Donna Neal

Donna Neal has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Donna started their career as a Quality Engineer at Watkins Johnson, where they ensured products met contract requirements and quality standards. Donna then transitioned to Ferretec/ESSI, where they served as a Quality Assurance Manager and implemented ISO 9001 standards to improve product quality. Donna also worked at IBM/Mylex as a QA Manager and Engineering Product Support Analyst, managing procurement activities and implementing new designs. At ARIO Data Networks, they served as a Document Control Administrator/Special Project Coordinator, managing database administration and securing certifications for product compliance. Later, at Echelon, they worked as an Engineering Change Analyst and played a crucial role in configuration management and regulatory compliance. Prior to their current role at Gigamon as a DocCtrl/ECN Analyst, Donna worked at Teledyne Microwave Solutions, where they served as a Quality Engineer and focused on incorporating aerospace standards and improving product quality. Overall, Donna has a comprehensive background in quality assurance, documentation control, and product compliance.

Donna Neal attended De Anza College from 1981 to 1985, although they did not obtain a degree or specialize in any particular field of study during this time. Later, they enrolled in Santa Barbara Business College and completed a program in Medical Billing Specialist, with a focus on Medical Insurance Specialist/Medical Coding.
