Frank Goodman

Frank Goodman has over 20 years of work experience in various leadership roles. Their most recent position is as the Vice President of Product Management at Gigamon since September 2020. Prior to that, they were the Founder of Uncharted City, a startup focused on consumer needs with a social media overlay, from November 2018 to September 2020.

From 2015 to 2018, Frank served as the Vice President of Engineering at NETSCOUT, a company specializing in application and network performance management. Before that, they held the same title at VSS Monitoring, a leading network packet broker provider, from 2014 to 2015.

Frank also has experience as the Vice President of Engineering at Teletrac Navman, a GPS tracking and fleet automation provider, from 2013 to 2014. From 2006 to 2013, they worked as the Vice President of Engineering at Integrated Medical Systems, Inc., where they managed a $10M budget and provided leadership to a 40-person engineering and IT teams.

Earlier in their career, Frank worked at ROI Internet Business Solutions as the Chief Operating Officer from 2003 to 2006, where they built the corporate infrastructure and managed offshore development centers. Frank also worked at Intel Corporation from 2000 to 2002 as a Principal Engineer in the Office of CTO, where they played a key role in developing and selling HW and SW solutions to telecommunications companies.

Frank's career began at Trillium Digital Systems, Inc., where they started as a Technical Associate and eventually became the Vice President of Professional Services. Trillium was eventually acquired by Intel for $300MM in 1999.

Frank Goodman attended Venice High School from 1980 to 1983. Frank then pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Computer Applications in Architecture at the University of California, Berkeley, from 1983 to 1989. Frank continued their education at the same university, working towards a Ph.D. in Design Theory and Methods from 1989 to 1992, though they did not complete the dissertation required for the degree.
