Manager, Customer Success Operations at Gigamon

Peter Newell has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Peter is currently working at Gigamon as the Manager of Customer Success Operations, a position they have held since April 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Gigamon Inc. from September 2017 to March 2022 as a Senior Customer Success Program Manager. In this role, they were responsible for developing and implementing a lifecycle strategy for strategic customers, managing client relationships, and identifying and mitigating risks.

Before joining Gigamon, Peter was the Founder of Newell Ventures, LLC from June 2007 to August 2017. Peter also founded and served as the CEO of WebConverse, Inc. from February 2000 to June 2007, where they developed a business process outsourcing company specializing in technical support and customer service. Additionally, they founded and worked as a Consultant at TSR Partners, Inc. from September 1998 to January 2000, providing consulting services for businesses to manage customer renewal processes.

Peter has also gained experience in sales and management roles at Rational Software from August 1995 to August 1998, where they oversaw the Technical Support Renewals Organization for North America, and at Oracle Corporation as a Sales Representative from 1991 to 1995.

Peter Newell attended the University of Southern California from 1987 to 1991, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications.
