Ramya Natarajan has a diverse work experience spanning across multiple companies and roles. Ramya most recently worked at Gigamon as a Senior Partner, Talent Acquisition where they are responsible for building a world-class team of Engineers. Prior to this, they served as the Talent Acquisition Lead at Gigamon, utilizing their 15 years of experience in talent acquisition to help businesses find their perfect hires. Ramya also worked as a Senior Technical Recruiter at Gigamon. Before joining Gigamon, Ramya worked as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Groupon, a Talent Acquisition Analyst at Dell International Services Pvt Ltd, and an HR Coordinator at Hewlett Packard. Ramya began their career at Sundaram Finance as a Back Office Associate.

Ramya Natarajan completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Business Administration from Justice Basheer Ahamed Syed College (Evening) between 2002 and 2005.
