Daniel Tunon

Daniel Tunon has held a variety of roles in the tech industry since 2007. Daniel began their career as an Academic Director, Instructor, and Program Manager at Kaplan Test Prep. In 2014, they became a High School Science Teacher at Miami-Dade County Public Schools. In 2016, they began working as a Software Developer at OSIsoft, a Hacker in Residence at Hack Reactor, and a Freelance Software Engineer at Gigster. In 2017, they became a Software Engineering Instructor at Hack Reactor. In 2018, they took on the role of Engineering Training Lead at Talio. Most recently, in 2019, they became a Technical Product Manager at Galvanize Inc.

Daniel Tunon has a diverse educational background. Daniel obtained a Master's Degree in Biology and Medical Sciences from Mississippi College, a Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry from Florida International University, a Full Stack Web Development Certification from freeCodeCamp, and a High School diploma from Belen Jesuit Preparatory School. Additionally, they hold certifications in Basic Life Support from the American Heart Association | American Stroke Association and Open Water Diver from Scuba Schools International.
