Software Engineer / Architect at Gigster

John Lombardo has worked in the software engineering and architecture field for over a decade. From 2005 to 2008, they worked as a Software Engineer for The Boeing Company, where they co-led an R&D effort to bring mobile applications to the US Army. In 2008, they became an Author for O'Reilly & Associates. From 2012 to 2014, they worked as a Senior Android Engineer for Scopely, where they worked on Ad integration and Promo integration. From 2013 to 2017, they worked as an Android Architect for Originate, and as an Android Engineer for Flipagram. In 2017, they began working as a Software Engineer and Architect for Gigster, where they built several Android applications and was involved in the web3 space. In 2018, they began working as a Mobile Manager for Wheels, where they built a Raspberry Pi based GPS locator and Bike controller, and several Android apps distributed to employees worldwide.

John Lombardo has a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from National University, which they obtained between 1990 and 1992. John went on to get an MBA in Leadership from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School between 2008 and 2010. In August 2020, they obtained a Triplebyte Certified Android Engineer certification from Triplebyte.
