Ana Rodríguez has over 15 years of work experience. Ana began their career in 2005 as a Math, Physics and Chemistry teacher at Josue Christian School. In 2006, they joined Teleperformance as a Customer Service Representative and Operations Supervisor. In 2010, they moved to TELUS International as an Operations Manager and Operations Supervisor, where they were responsible for the newest LOB at the moment in the program. In 2018, they became a Senior Operations Manager at Fusion BPO Services. In 2019, they joined OneLink as an Account General Manager. Most recently, in 2021, they began working at GiGstreem as a Customer Care & Field Operations Manager and Customer Care Manager.
Ana Rodríguez obtained their Industrial Engineer degree from the Universidad Centroamericana 'José Simeón Cañas' in 2010. Ana also holds several certifications, including Building Resilience, Extreme Productivity (Blinkist Summary), Project Management Foundations: Requirements, Start a Business Online, Strategic Thinking, Finance for Non Finance Managers from FEPADE El Salvador in 2016, and Coaching For Success from SwitchGear in 2014.
