Brett H. has a long and varied work experience, beginning in 2009 when they were the Director of Strategic Initiatives at Macy's. In 2012, they worked as a Financial Analyst at Rialto Capital Management, and in 2013 they were an Associate National Account Manager at ConvergeOne. In 2015, they became a Franchise Owner at 7-Eleven, and in 2017 they were a Project Manager - Fiber Optics & Technology and a Regional Claims Specialist at Hotwire Communications Ltd. From 2020 to 2022, they worked at GigaMonster Networks as a Senior Operations Manager - Supply Chain & Logistics and a Supply Chain - Logistics Manager. Currently, they are a Regional Operations Manager at GiGstreem, tasked with ensuring cross functional teams have the tools and equipment needed to deploy high speed internet in the MDU/Commercial Verticals.

Brett H. attended Florida State University from 2003 to 2008, where they earned a B.S. in Political Science. Brett also obtained a Technical Certification in Law Enforcement Investigation and Interviewing from Tallahassee Community College during that same time period. In addition, Brett H. has obtained several certifications, including a Lync Sales Specialist from Microsoft in 2014, an Avaya Professional Design Specialist and Avaya Professional Sales Specialist in 2013, a Radvision Scopia Sales Specialist from RADVISION in 2013, an Avaya Professional Sales Specialist IP Office from Avaya in 2013, and a Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) from the Project Management Institute.
