Erica Kimmel

Erica Kimmel, CEM, LEED AP, currently serves as the Business Development Manager at Gilbane Building Company since November 2021. Erica has held various professional roles in the construction and engineering sectors, including Business Development at DPR Construction, Account Executive at Envise, and Senior Account Executive at HVAC Concepts, LLC. In addition to industry experience, Erica has contributed to the ISPE Chesapeake Bay Area Chapter as Secretary and a member of the Board of Directors from January 2022 to December 2023. Erica began a career in engineering with positions at Northrop Grumman Corporation, Johnson Controls, Kibart, Inc., and Schneider Electric Critical Systems. Erica holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Virginia Tech, earned between 1999 and 2004.
