Miguel Melgar

Miguel Melgar has extensive legal experience, currently serving as Senior Legal Counsel at Gildan since May 2022. Prior to this, Miguel held the position of Labor Relations Senior Manager at Cervecería Hondureña and Anheuser-Busch InBev from October 2018 to May 2022, focusing on legal counseling, union management, collective negotiation, and HR labor strategy. Earlier roles include Labor Relations Representative at Chiquita from December 2016 to November 2018, and Associate at García & Bodán from May 2014 to November 2016, where responsibilities included managing a local branch. Miguel is also a founding Partner at Melgar & Melgar Asociados from January 2000 to April 2014. Miguel obtained a Licentiate degree in Law from Universidad de San Pedro Sula from 1994 to 1999.
