Rachel St. Peter is the Division General Counsel for Beverage, Baking, and Global Foods at Nestlé. Rachel has over a decade of experience in the legal field, with a focus on commercial law and strategic litigation.

Rachel began their career as an attorney at Under Armour, Inc. in 2006. Rachel quickly rose through the ranks, and was promoted to Managing Counsel & Senior Director in 2012. In this role, they oversaw a team of 11 attorneys who provided legal advice on commercial issues to senior management, resolved commercial disputes, and provided strategic litigation and antitrust advice. Rachel was also responsible for building the company’s international in-region commercial legal team.

In 2017, Rachel left Under Armour to join Nestlé as Division General Counsel for Beverage, Baking, and Global Foods. In this role, they are responsible for all legal aspects of the division, including providing legal advice, drafting and negotiating contracts, and overseeing compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

Rachel St. Peter completed their undergraduate studies at Butler University, where they earned a BS in Biology. Rachel then attended Indiana University Maurer School of Law and earned their JD.
