Caitlin Locke

Caitlin Locke is a seasoned professional in oncology training and development, currently serving as Senior Manager of Oncology Training at Gilead Sciences since April 2022. Prior experience includes a position as Manager of Oncology Sales Training at AstraZeneca, where responsibilities encompassed training management for LYNPARZA and KOSELUGO, and contributing to the overall success of the Oncology Training & Development team. Caitlin also held roles at Performance Development Group as a Learning Strategist and Program Manager, and as an Instructional Design Consultant at the George Washington School of Business. Earlier career highlights include serving as Instructional Designer II at BOMI International and providing training support at Sterling Heritage Corporation. Caitlin holds an M.S.Ed. in Cognitive Science and a B.S. in Communication Studies from James Madison University.
