Mattia Siynardi

Mattia Siynardi has extensive experience in finance and accounting, currently serving as the Global Business Process Lead - RTR at Gilead Sciences since November 2009, with previous roles including Senior Finance Manager and RTR Lead for Southern Europe. In this role, Mattia has focused on building strong stakeholder relationships across Southern Europe and managing a team of five direct reports. Prior to Gilead, Mattia worked at Apple as the Italian Accountant, ensuring effective communication between SSC Finance and the Italian region. Mattia's earlier roles include Assistant Italian Accountant at Black & Decker, and accounts payable and order management positions at Trend Micro. Mattia holds a Business Administration degree from Università della Calabria and has participated in various leadership and management training programs.
