Thora Lind Sigurdardottir

Thora Lind Sigurdardottir has a range of experience in human resources and talent acquisition. Thora Lind is currently working as an HRBP & Talent Acquisition Lead at Alvotech, a position they started in January 2023. Prior to this role, they worked as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at the same company from January 2022 to January 2023. Thora also gained experience in the public sector as a Human Resources Specialist at The City of Reykjavik from April 2021 to January 2022. Additionally, they worked as a Consultant in HR & Recruitment at Capacent from August 2018 to May 2020, and as a Recruiting Assistant at Adecco from January 2018 to May 2018.

Thora Lind Sigurdardottir obtained a Master's degree in Strategic Human Resource Management and Labour Relations from the University of Gothenburg in the years 2014-2016. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Psychology at Háskóli Íslands between 2009 and 2013. Thora's education journey started at Fjölbrautaskólinn í Garðabæ / Gymnasium, where they pursued Social Sciences from 2005 to 2009.
