Daniel Russo

Daniel Russo currently serves as the Brand President at Gilligan Company LLC since July 2023. Prior to this role, Daniel held the position of Vice President of Operations at Boca Restaurant Group from May 2021 to July 2023 and previously at Sage Restaurant Group from August 2016 to May 2021, where Daniel also had titles of Vice President Operations and Director of Food and Beverage. Daniel's experience includes serving as Director of Operations at Acme Hospitality from June 2013 to July 2016 and as General Manager at both Mina Group and Girl & the Goat from January 2012 to January 2009, respectively. Daniel holds a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from Buffalo State University, earned between 1990 and 1995.
