Nicholas Zettl has a diverse work experience. Nicholas started their career as a Waiter at Hog's Breath Cafe Australia Pty Ltd in 2012. In 2014, they worked as a Quality Assurance Analyst at Fugro until 2017. In the same year, they joined JELD-WEN, Inc. as an Intern. From 2014 to 2019, they served as a Panel One Senior Referee at Christian Football Federation Australia. In 2018, they also started working at Gilmour Space Technologies, initially as an Undergraduate Engineer and later taking on roles as an Aerospace Engineer (Software), Guidance, Navigation, and Control Engineer 1, and Guidance, Navigation, and Control Engineer 2. Finally, they became the Lead Guidance, Navigation, and Control Engineer at Gilmour Space Technologies in 2022.
Nicholas Zettl obtained a Bachelor's degree in Aerospace, Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering from QUT (Queensland University of Technology) from 2013 to 2018. Nicholas also completed their high school education at Northpine Christian College from 2008 to 2012. In addition, they have obtained a certification in "Launch Vehicle Coupled Loads Analysis: Theory and Approaches" from AIAA in 2023.
