Patrick Lytle

Patrick Lytle is currently the General Counsel at Headspace Health. Patrick was previously the General Counsel at Ginger from January 2020 to October 2021. Prior to that, they were the Director- Associate General Counsel at Fitbit from October 2014 to January 2020. Before that, they were a Discovery Staff Attorney at Google from July 2011 to October 2014. Patrick Lytle started their career as an Associate Attorney at Parton | Sell | Rhoades from April 2009 to March 2011. Patrick then interned at the Santa Clara Valley Water District from May 2007 to August 2007 and at the Superior Court of California, County of Santa Clara from May 2006 to August 2006. Patrick Lytle began their legal career as a Case Assistant at Paul Hastings in the Employment & Labor Dept. from November 2004 to August 2005.

Patrick Lytle has a Juris Doctor from Golden Gate University School of Law and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from Saint Mary's College of California. Patrick also has certification from the International Association of Privacy Professionals in CIPP-US and Scrum Alliance in Certified ScrumMaster.
